To prevent bridging of fibrous powder materials in the screw feeder hopper, we have decided to install this bridge breaker. This bridge breaker features a rubber disk that is in close contact with the inner wall of the hopper when the air is OFF. When the air is ON, this rubber disk slightly lifts off the inner wall of the hopper, allowing air to be injected through the gap onto the inner wall. At the same time, the elastic disk vibrates.
